Robb MacMillan

Mr. Mac Millan is a senior professional with a diverse background in hotel, resort, office, retail, multifamily, and land.  He has spent the last 25 years in San Diego specializing in hotel transactions and hotel development.  He has completed over $800 million in real estate transactions. He has completed real estate transactions throughout the United States from Florida to California with CB Commercial and IPC Commercial Real Estate Advisors.  Consistently a top-producer, he earned "Largest Transaction of the Year Award" for consecutive years and was rookie of the year with CB Commericial.

Mr. Mac Millan began his professional career with the Xerox Corporation.  While at Xerox he was responsible for training and management of sales representatives within the Office Systems Division.  He was a member of the President's Club for nine years as well as National "Salesman of the Year" and "Salesman of the Year" of eleven western states for three consecutive years. Mr. Mac Millan is a graduate of Chapman College where he earned a BA in Marketing and he is also a former United States Marine, Air Wing Division and a Vietnam veteran.

For the last five years Robb Mac Millan has been President of National Properties LLC a hotel development and hospitality advisory company in a joint venture with American Property Management Corporation. APMC and National share joint corporate headquarters in The Aventine Building in San Diego California. American properties manages the assets jointly developed by National Properties in major markets across the US. Robb MacMillan has been active in various community activities related to the YMCA, Salvation Army and youth sports in La Jolla and Carmel Valley California. Mr.MacMillan, is also the spouse of Cecile MacMIllan an RCB instructor and LYO instructor with the Global Relationships educational group.
